Registration Procedure for Students and Instructors

Landscape Ontario's Congress, Canada's Premier Green Industry Trade Show & Conference, encourages students along with their instructors to attend the exhibits and the conference and special events of Canada's largest horticulture, lawn and garden trade show. We offer special pricing to all students and instructors who are pre-registered by an instructor of a related SHSM or post-secondary program.

  • Students must be pre-registered by an instructor of an industry related educational institution.
  • Registrations must be completed through the online registration or submit the paper form to  NOTE: Deadline is December 15, 2017.
  • If you are registering instructors and/or students for any conference passes or special events, the fee must be paid by credit/cheque to complete your registration (by the deadlines noted above).
  • Each students and instructors name must be entered online when registering to receive a badge. Badges are required for entry.
  • Each school is to confirm attendance date and expected arrival time Teachers who need to pick up badges on-site are asked to do so while the students remain on the bus to prevent congestion at the main entrance: Door F.
  • Entry to the trade show is by name badge for students and their teachers with valid school-sanctioned ID.
  • Each school must supply an on-site contact number for an instructor who will be at the event.
  • Teachers at this number must be accessible for the duration of the students' attendance at the Congress Trade Show.
  • In addition, there must be an emergency contact name and number for each School i.e. Principal/director of program (who is not on-site) provided on the registration form.
