Description

This session is designed to help you initiate the mental health conversation in your organization. Participants will receive guidance on how to raise mental health literacy and awareness, better understand stigma associated with mental health issues, and recognize that workplace mental health is fundamental to the safety, health and well‐being of our workforce.

Coverage includes:

● Define mental health and why it is important to address it in the workplace.
● Discuss how mental health impacts the workplace.
● Explore how mental health stigma affects workers in the workplace.
● Introduce resources and support on the topic of mental health in the workplace.
